With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Michael founded Warech Associates as a different kind of human capital consulting firm. Solidly grounded in science, Michael and his team offer straightforward, business focused talent solutions that produce results. With publications in several peer review journals and books, as well as presentations at major conferences, Michael is a recognized expert and thought leader in assessment, coaching, talent management, and HR analytics. Michael previously served in senior leadership positions at Harvard Business Publishing and Willis Towers Watson, as well as several highly regarded consulting firms. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University.
Susanne Reilly, Ph.D.

Susanne is an accomplished people and culture leader with expertise in developing talent solutions to create high performing, inclusive workplaces. With significant industry experience in senior leadership roles—including Chief Talent, Diversity, & Inclusion Officer at Zoetis, VP of People Development at PTC Therapeutics, and Head of Global Talent Management at Stryker--Susanne brings a global perspective and strategic mindset to developing integrated client solutions. Her research has appeared in several publications, including the Journal of Business and Psychology and The Leadership Quarterly. She is the co-author of Coaching in Organizations: A Social Psychological Perspective in the Jossey-Bass volume entitled How People Evaluate Others in Organizations. Susanne holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
